My client, based in Wilmslow, is looking for an experienced Level 3 EYP to join their lovely Nursery. They are offering a Room Manager position and would like someone who is looking to progress in their Childcare career. With time, you could have progression to 3rd in Charge or Deputy Manager.

Room Manager Main Duties and responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise the nursery room staff, ensuring a high standard of care and education.

* Monitor and assess children's development and progress, providing feedback to parents or guardians.

* Communicate children's progress and address any concerns or feedback from parents
