Construction Secretary

Our client, a tier one housing developer is looking to recruit an Office Administrator / Secretary for their Plymouth Head office, working closely with the Construction Director and wider senior management team.
Other duties will include:
* General admin duties such as handling of phone calls, mail and emails on behalf of the Head of Construction.
* Arrange meetings, seminars and company events.
* Take minutes at meetings when required, transcribe and distribute accordingly.
* Manage and maintain an effective filing system.
* Report writing.
* Recruitment & onboarding of new starters, liaising with the Office Manager.
* Document control.
* Diary management.
Essential Criteria:
* Must have PA/secretarial experience, preferably within construction.
* Competent user of IT & Microsoft packages – Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Electronic diary management systems.
* Full UK Driving licence and use of own vehicle.
* COINS experience is highly desirable.
On offer:
* Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday based in the office, no hybrid working.
