My Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking and experienced Stock Controller / Materials Controller to join their team due to continued expansion.

Stock Controller Requirements:

Experience using an MRP system within a manufacturing or warehousing environment
Self-motivated and results oriented
Excellent organisational skills
Sound judgement and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions
Proven written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organisation
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages

Stock Controller Duties:

Ensure timely delivery of components to complete the production program
Ensure that inventory objectives are met by ensuring just-in-time delivery
Ensure that transport costs are optimized by adapting Supply Units, delivery frequencies and controlling exceptional transport operations
Ensure that Plant costs are optimized by adapting plans and adjusting for different scenarios.
Ensure good communication and relationship with production teams.
