FJA are recruiting for an experienced Business Support Administrator on behalf of our client. You will provide Administration and Customer Service support to all Customers, Suppliers and internal teams.

Plus many more!! Business Support Administrator role:
Managing key customer and supplier relationships at all stages
Provide direction and support for customers to manage their accounts / products effectively throughout the quote, order and delivery process.
Provide quotations where necessary, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and adhering to specific processes required for that client.
Meet agreed SLAs, ensuring that accountability is taken at all stages of the process within the required timescales and actions are delivered to a high standard.
Communicate with customers at the end of their contract to encourage renewal
Undertake a range of essential administrative activities for new and existing customers.
Collaborate and support all team members as and when required in accordance with department and business objectives.
Although this isn't a Sales role, you must still have a keen eye for spotting opportunities for growth within your customer base
You must be a confident communicator and be able to tailor your communication style to suit your customer / supplier as required This is a varied role which requires a strong balance of Administration and Client support, managing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers, as well as supporting internal teams as required. Previous working knowledge of Excel would be a huge advantage, but full training will be given on this
To be considered for the Business Support Administrator role you must have a strong background in Administration, Customer Service or Sales Support. You must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
