Smart Repairer

Location: Warrington, Cheshire

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am/8:30am–5pm

Salary: £22 p/h LTD

Contract: Long-term, ongoing contracting work

We are looking for Smart Repairers to join our client’s growing team in Warrington. With up to 10,000 vehicles expected to pass through the site in 2025, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking for career progression. The right candidate could have the opportunity to move into a supervisory or management position.

The Role

As a lead Smart Repairer, you will play a key role in the team, helping to develop and support your colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

* Carrying out all aspects of smart repairs on a variety of vehicles.

* Providing job pricing and estimates.

* Liaising with the office and admin team regarding workshop jobs.

* Acting as a mentor and leader, helping to develop the skills of your colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience working as a Smart Repairer.

* A team-player with a great attitude to working across departments.

* Excellent communication skills.

* A keen eye for detail and high-quality workmanship.

* A desire to progress and grow with the company.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Smart Repair, Paint Spraying, Vehicle Prep, Polishing, Remote Vehicle Repairs, and Automotive Bodyshops.
