About the role
As a Resourcer you will play a crucial role in assisting recruitment (360) consultants and teams by focusing on the initial stages of candidate sourcing and screening. Key duties involve supporting the recruitment process, identifying, and engaging potential candidates, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified individuals. You will help to create a strong pool of potential candidates, saving time and effort for recruitment consultants.
Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing:
* Utilise various methods, such as CRM database (Vincere), job boards, social media, professional networks, to find and attract potential candidates for open positions.
Database Management:
* Maintain an up-to-date and organised candidate database, ensuring that all candidate information is accurate and easily searchable.
* Build your own talent pools to continually network with and gain leads from.
Market Research:
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools to support 360 recruiters in their candidate search.
Candidate Engagement:
* Reach out to candidates to discuss job opportunities, gauge their interest, and provide a positive first impression of the recruitment process. This is done through mass mailing, cold/warm calling, and advertisement.
Initial Candidate Screening:
* Review CVs and applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
* Produce detailed profiles of what was discussed over the phone to ensure suitability for role.
Candidate Tracking:
* Keep records of all candidate interactions, maintain detailed notes, updated CVs, Qualifications, ID and update the status of candidates in the recruitment system.
Interview Coordination:
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruitment consultants or hiring managers.
Candidate Feedback:
* Gather feedback from candidates after interviews and communicate it to the recruitment consultants for analysis and decision-making.
Administrative Support:
* Provide administrative assistance, including document preparation, email correspondence, and other tasks as required to support the recruitment team.
Daily Activities Management
* Candidate approach
* New candidate registrations
* Candidate internal interviews booked
* Candidate interviews with clients
* Job adverts posted on LinkedIn
* Candidate profiles
* Ensuring CVs have interview notes, additional career highlights and are formatted correctly
* LinkedIn projects
Targets and Expectations
* Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of database, job boards and LinkedIn.
* Demonstrate a good base level of understanding within your sector i.e key qualification/? Key companies
* Demonstrate ability to take full candidate profiles
* Creative writing – able to put together job specs and candidate profiles
* Build talent pools
