Hayley Group Limited are looking for an External Salesperson to join our well-established and experienced team at our Stoke branch. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
Hayley Group is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables (hydraulics, bearings, fasteners, fluid power, PPE, tools, lubricants etc) in the UK. Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities for External Sales will include:
Visiting and building relationships with new and existing customers.
Creating quotations and dealing with enquiries.
Converting quotations into customer orders.
Collaborating with your team on quotations and enquiries.
Skills & Attributes we’re looking for in our External Salesperson:
Experience of working in the MRO sector or an engineering/sales environment would be highly advantageous, particularly if fluid power and/or bearings related.
Valid UK driving licence.
Customer focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
Enthusiastic, keen and willing to learn.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong level of communication and numerical skills.
