The firm has 190 employees operating from 11 offices across the UK. They are now seeking a Chartered building surveyor due to an increase in workload from existing and new clients. You will have a pivotal role and clear progression pathways.
 
You will work primarily with commercial clients, including financial institutions, The Crown Estate, and private companies such as Tesco, Superdrug, and Amazon. The consultancy advises developers, investors, owners, and occupiers on maximising property asset values. Key responsibilities include PPM surveys, Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Pre-acquisition surveys, and Contract Administration, with a focus on survey work.
