We are looking for a person who has experiences in inside sales in the freight sector. This role is about attracting new customers, retaining them and also growing existing relationships so to expand the company’s portfolio. You will be a goal driven individual with a good knowledge and experience of telesales and CRM management. You will be an ambassador for the company and work well within a team.

Duties

* Able to plan your day and organise your goals daily.

* Reporting to management on your progress and goal targets.

* Attract new customers to grow the business portfolio.

* Maintain and neuter existing customers.

* Building working relationships with both your team and customers.

* Profiling new customers

* Make necessary checks on new customers before providing standard quotes to the customer.

Skills and experience

* A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role

* Experience in the freight and logistics industry. Knowledge of import and export.

* Good communication, B2B telesales and negotiation skills.

* Good MS office knowledge.

* The client will expect you to do some mandatory training over the first 12 months.

The hours of work will be a full-time role of 40 hours per week.

Salary will be between £35,000 - £37,000 per year
