Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9-5)
Pay: £12.81 per hour
Contract Length: 3 months initially

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Community Centre Assistant to join our friendly team at Valley Park Community Centre. This is a customer-facing role, where you will be responsible for assisting the local community and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service to visitors and centre users.
Handling cash transactions and keeping accurate records.
Managing inquiries and assisting with centre activities.
Some lone working will be required.
Supporting administrative tasks using PC software.
On-site training provided
Requirements:
Customer service experience is essential.
Cash handling experience.
Good proficiency in PC skills (MS Office and email).
Ability to work independently and handle tasks responsibly.
