About the Role:

Our Client based in Kettering have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Marketing Executive to join our Commercial Team. In this role, you will collaborate on planning, designing, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand visibility and driving sales leads for our B2B revenue stream. This role involves creating digital marketing campaigns, optimizing ROI through testing and data analysis, and designing engaging marketing materials for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, design, and execute captivating marketing campaigns.

* Implement digital marketing campaigns and journey flows.

* Conduct A/B testing, gather customer feedback, and analyse data to optimize ROI.

* Monitor, track, and communicate campaign results and KPIs.

* Use data to create customer segmentations and refine targeting strategies.

* Develop campaign targeting lists in collaboration with commercial colleagues.

* Design marketing materials for online platforms, social media, and print media.

* Plan, design, and schedule social media and blog content.

* Contribute ideas for process and systems development to support company growth.

Requirements

* At least 3 years of marketing experience.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Significant experience with HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

* Creative and innovative mindset.
