Join Our Clients Civils Team as a Project Manager
Our client, a leading Groundwork company are kicking off a new project in Heathrow, West London, and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project, site, or construction management
* Demonstrable background in groundworks, deep drainage and earthworks
* Strong project management skills and experience
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* In-depth understanding of construction processes and regulations
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Gold or Black CSCS card
* Wanting PAYE employment
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution from inception to completion
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
* Lead project teams, providing guidance and support as necessary
* Monitor project progress, budget, and resources, and make adjustments as needed
