Key Responsibilities:
Be the Backbone of the Commercial Team: Helping to stay on top of deadlines and provide day-to-day support, coordinating closely with the FM supply chain and finance teams.
Take Charge of Month-End Reporting: Manage and administer accrual and prepayment schedules, delivering accurate and timely Revenue and Gross Income reports.
Own the Invoicing Process: Prepare, review, and raise monthly client invoices with precision and efficiency.
Drive WIP and Debt Monitoring: Track and report monthly Work-in-Progress and Debt movement to support our financial goals.
Champion Fair Payments: Validate invoices, seek approvals, and ensure all payments align with the Fair Payment Charter.
Deliver on KPIs: Keep our performance metrics on track, contributing to key FM objectives.
Complete Varied Tasks and Admin Duties: Tackle ad-hoc FM projects and additional FM admin tasks as directed, adding variety to your role!
What You'll Bring:
Relevant Experience: You've previously worked in an Facilities Management administration role, ideally in a commercial setting.
Communication Savvy: Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and clients.
Organisational Prowess: Great at managing your time and juggling priorities to meet deadlines.
Client Interaction Experience: Skilled at working directly with client reps.
Tech Know-How: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate level or above).
FM Industry Experience: Familiarity with Facilities Management would be advantageous due to the environment you will be working in.
