Our client is looking to recruit an MEICA Commissioning Manager for an Outside IR35 contract.

12 Month Contract
Responsible For:
Managing Area MEICA Managers & Commissioning Engineers, ensuring work is undertaken safely in accordance with Company Procedures, specifications, and good working practices.
Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all MEICA & Commissioning activities from design through to scheme final completion.
Reporting commissioning process and progress to the Construction & Delivery Leads
Assisting HR Manager to ensure correct levels of resources are identified and recruited.
Managing testing & commissioning project budget
Assisting Delivery Manager (Operations & Close out)
Provide Technical & Quality support for Project M&E Site Managers
Inputs/Outputs:
Support Area MEICA Managers & Commissioning Engineers to fulfil their R&R’s and deliver schemes in a safe compliant manner.
Manage MEICA related Project risks.
Manage and audit Services & Other Things to be Provided by the Employer
Complete MEICA/commissioning systems inductions.
Production of testing & commissioning bottom up estimates in partnership with Delivery Manager.
Liaise with pre GW3 C&DL’s to ensure commissioning requirements are incorporated at TCS and to assist in Technical Governance.
Ownership of Compliance & Commissioning Plans post GW3 to ensure review and development in conjunction with Project Delivery Teams.
Determine witness test requirements.
Review of initial Commissioning Programme defining activities and resources.
Ensure adequate commissioning resourcing.
Attend Progress & Commissioning Meetings as required
Audit commissioning documentation and deliverables.
Carry out Commissioning Strategy Reviews and audit documentation.
Carry out sub-contractor audits with regards to commissioning deliverables and interfaces.
Carry out audits of MEICA sub-contractor Quality Plans.
Review and audit the delivery of Southern Water Operations training.
Review and approve take over reports
Liaise with complete scheme delivery team
