Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with an innovative & international provider of warehouse robotics products seeking a new Business Development Manager to work nationally providing AMR solutions. With excellent earning potential this is a great opportunity for a driven and solutions focused sales professional seeking to expand and develop a product offering across the UK.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in the sale of AMR’s focusing on Warehouse & Logistics/3PL & Retail
Work with automation integrators and other warehouse partners in order to generate and convert leads for automation and robotics projects
Attend customer sites to conduct site survey’s and provide automation solutions
Prepare business proposal’s & quotations
Attend various warehouse automation & robotics related exhibitions on behalf of the companyRequirements
As well as being a driven and motivated sales professional, the successful candidate will also be highly solutions focused with the ability to consult customer’s on warehousing requirements. You will preferably have experience of having sold into warehousing & logistics/3PL and have an appreciation of large projects within the sector. It is essential you have prior experience of selling AMR’s, AGV’s other warehouse robotics solutions or other warehouse automation with the ability to create detailed proposals. The role require both end user sales and channel partnerships so experience from either route to market would be beneficial.
