There is a great opportunity for a Bid Writer to join the work winning team of a multi-discipline civil engineering contractor. Year on year the company are progressing, not only in turnover but by investing in new technology and machinery to broaden their capabilities and winning projects upwards of £50m. The company has ambitions, and with the right people in place and further investment in new technologies the future is exciting.

There will be variety in your writing, giving you the opportunity to work on some of the biggest projects in the country as well as for local authorities. In addition to the single action projects, you’ll be involved in assisting the team to win places on national frameworks supporting the growth of the business.

Their key projects include, complex road construction, all drainage, junction improvements, bulk earthworks, flood alleviation and coastal work. With these projects it brings a mixture of clients, namely National Highways, local authorities and the Environment Agency.

What they’re looking is someone who wants to be a part of this journey, someone who can offer support to the bid team and is results driven and will equally be rewarded for results.
