As the Mechanical Supervisor you will be:

Design and supervise mechanical services installations to council property as required.
Diagnose faults to mechanical services installations and recommend and implement cost effective remedial action as required in line with budgetary controls
Lead on the specification and tender documents for mechanical services installations, including new installations, refurbishment and repairs and maintenance work
Lead on, implement and monitor planned maintenance programmes for mechanical services
Experience and qualifications:

Mechanical background and experience
Supervisory experience
HNC in Building Services or equivalent in building services
