An industry-respected Construction Consultancy is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join their dynamic team. About the Role:

As a CDM Principal Designer, you will deliver expert Safety Design consultancy to a variety of clients across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage, and Infrastructure. You'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with the requirement to visit the office once a week or bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive Safety Design consultancy to clients.
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations across various projects.
Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and project teams.
Conduct thorough site inspections and offer detailed safety assessments.Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction certification.
Tech IOSH membership (minimum).
At least 2 years of experience as a CDM Principal Designer.
APS membership (preferred).What We Offer:

Competitive salary between £45,000 - £55,000.
