LHH are working in partnership with a leading global organisation to recruit a proactive HR Advisor to join their established People Team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation journey in a diverse working environment.

About the Role:

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the full HR lifecycle including; talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and employee engagement. You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and be a key player in driving the HR strategy forward. With our client being a high-growth business, your expertise in managing change and engaging key stakeholders will be invaluable.

What You Will Do:

Build strong relationships with the management team to support them on all employee relations matters
Collaborate with managers and leaders, using your communication and influencing skills
Support the development of impactful HR initiatives, leveraging your vast generalist HR experience
Lead the redefinition of people processes across the employment lifecycle, ensuring fantastic employee experiences
Utilise your technical skills to ensure data accuracy and regular reporting
Manage multiple priorities with exceptional organisational and time management abilitiesWho We Are Looking For:

You have excellent knowledge of UK employment law
You have previous experience handling ER cases and prioritising your workload
You are an excellent communicator and possess strong stakeholder management skills
You are a team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach
You have a curious and credible nature, along with an eye for detail
You are proficient in using HRIS systems and have strong IT skills
You have a continuous improvement mindset and strong organisational skillsQualifications:

CIPD qualification is desirable (but not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
