BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
As the UK’s market and brand leader in showers, Triton continues to grow and is therefore looking for an experienced Business Administrator, who is enthusiastic and adaptable to join the Customer Experience Department, working with the Business Administration Team.
This role is all about providing first-class service support to all of Triton’s account customers. The ability to work to strict deadlines in a very busy environment is a definite advantage, so we believe this position is likely to suit someone who is confident and looking for a new challenge.
The responsibilities of the role are:
* Dealing with incoming orders and e-mails
* Answering incoming telephone calls
* Order validation of products and prices
* Processing returns/collections
* Development of administration systems and processes
* Flexibility within the department
* Data input into company database, ensuring accuracy at all times
* Ensure all reports are completed in line with departments service level agreements
* Maintain accurate filing systems daily
The successful candidate will need to have:
* Good computer skills
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Exceptional data entry and numeracy skills
* Good telephone manner
* Exceptional Customer Service skills
* Attention to detail
* Enthusiasm and commitment for the role
* The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
You will work a 35¼ hour week, although flexibility will be required to meet customer demands.
