We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to join a fantastic specialist agency based in the Bath Area. This is a pivotal role for the agency and a super exciting time of transformation join! As Paid Media Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with a talented team focusing on campaign implementation and optimisation for Paid Search channels for a range of clients within the Ecommerce, B2C and B2B spaces. This role would suit someone with a solid experience in Google Ads (Pmax), Bing Ads and YouTube Ads and ideally an agency background working with Ecommerce, B2C and B2B clients. What you’ll be doing

Lead and manage the execution of Paid Search campaigns for a range of clients across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube and Display Ads.
Track performance of campaigns and implement A/B testing and other optimisation methods including ad copy, budget management, bid strategies, and audience targeting to ensure campaigns are optimised effectively.  
Be client facing and provide account management and updates for key accounts.
Report on campaign performance on a monthly basis.
Support wider team to drive new business e.g. preparing pitches for new clients to drive overall business growth. Work with SLT to contribute to overall efficiency across the business.Experience you’ll need

Experience in a similar Paid Search Manager or Paid Media Manager position, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong Paid Media management skills and experience with Google Analytics/GA4.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to implement new processes and processes to ensure efficiency within the Paid Media function.What you’ll get in return
