About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates within the healthcare sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your sales experience will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:

Cold-calling candidates and clients to generate business and fill vacancies.
*
Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
*
Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placement.
*
Conducting interviews, coordinating client meetings, and providing support throughout the recruitment journey.
*
Meeting and exceeding individual goals, with the opportunity to earn a competitive commission.
What We’re Looking For:

Sales Experience: Must have a proven background in cold-calling and telephone sales.
*
Strong Sales Acumen: You’ll need to be results-driven, confident on the phone, and able to negotiate effectively.
*
Healthcare Sector Knowledge: While knowledge of the healthcare sector is ideal, it is not essential.
*
Recruitment/Resourcing Experience: Experience in recruitment or resourcing is a bonus, but not required.
*
Full Driving License: Preferred, as there may be occasional travel required.

No Sales Targets for the First Two Months: We believe in giving you the space to learn, grow, and settle into the role without the pressure of sales targets or thresholds during your probation period.
