Customer Support Engineer – Covering South East

We are looking for someone who has experience of working with customer support company products and resolving technical issues, provide customer training on products and act in a quick and professional manner to resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on technical support and assistance to a large client base. 

Execute installations, upkeep, and repairs of equipment and systems.

Swiftly troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal operational disruptions.

Uphold superior customer service standards by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Foster effective collaboration with internal teams for seamless issue resolution.

Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to optimize product utilization.

Requirements:

Previous experience in field service or customer support roles is advantageous.

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical problems.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, no more than 6 points. 

Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are a plus
