Resourcing Group are actively recruiting for Bathroom and Kitchen fitter to work on behalf of our clients recent Council VOID works contract across Somerset, contract or temp-to-permanent basis.

We have an exciting position for Bathroom and Kitchen fitters to join a property maintenance company based in the South-West working on Somerset located VOID contract on behalf of a public housing provider in the area, and you will be dealing with the full installation other than Electrical and Flooring duties. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Multi Trader with a strong bias in Bathroom and Kitchen fitting as well as general property maintenance.

Location: Somerset, Van and Fuel Card included in PAYE offering / Fuel to be expensable CIS
Salary: Between £16 PAYE to £20 CIS per hour (£34,500 PAYE with Van or £41,600 Full Time CIS salary)

Key Requirements

Formal trade qualification or time served experience as well as further trade knowledge.
Experience working in Local Authority and Social Homes (preferred).
Previous experience Kitchen fitting and Bathroom fitting contracts (preferred).
Full UK Driving Licence.
