Workshop Operative - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Workshop Operative to work for our manufacturing client based in Aylesbury.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm (early finish on Friday)

Salary: £23,795.20

You'll be part of a dynamic team, engaging in various tasks that include manual handling, lifting, and moving tools and equipment. This position offers a supportive work environment and ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Duties:

- Operating production systems for components, working with moulds and chemicals.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
- Maintaining tools and equipment at an operator level.
- Uphold high health and safety standards in the workplace.

Requirements:

- You thrive in a physical manufacturing role
- Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage
- You can work effectively to production schedules and deadlines.
- You are open to learning and embracing new training opportunities.
