EUC Engineer

Bath

Our client, a multi-award-winning financial company, is seeking a skilled EUC Engineer to join their IT Operations team. This role offers a competitive salary and a flexible hybrid working approach, allowing you to split your time between the office in Bath (BA1) and home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-user computing services and solutions to both remote and office-based staff.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing incidents, problems, and requests assigned to the EUC team
Troubleshooting issues using analytical and logical approaches
Maintaining and creating application patching schedules
Leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies for policy and systems management
Managing end-user system builds, images, and remote deployment
Supporting telephony systems and other corporate IT services

We are looking for someone with:

Extensive desktop and hardware support experience
Strong background in Microsoft Windows client management and end-user systems
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online tenant administration
1st/2nd line technical support experience
Customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills
Positive team player attitude with a drive for continuous improvement

Desirable skills include Mobile Device Management experience, ITIL knowledge, and Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
