Behavioural Therapist  – Ruddington  - £19 - £20 ph

Typical Shifts are: 9am – 4:30pm office hours, 4 days per week however shift patterns can be discussed at interview.

We’re on the hunt for a Behavioural Therapist to join us in our residential service Ruddington View. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Behavioural Therapist you are expected to provide leadership in the management of behaviour which causes distress or concern to people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. This is achieved by providing expertise, advice and support to the staff team at our service. You may be required to complete comprehensive behaviour assessments and the development of effective risk assessments and detailed behaviour support plans. The improved outcomes for individuals will be monitored and protocols and staff training implemented accordingly.

We’re interested in our Behavioural Therapist having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service, our Behavioural Therapist should hold a Full UK Driving License, have a flexible approach and have proven clinical supervisory experience.
