Housing Needs Officer provides critical support to residents, guiding them towards sustainable housing solutions. This role involves managing daily operations at the centre, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a supportive environment for all residents.

Duties of a Housing Officer.

• Support residents in TA tenancies and help them secure permanent housing
• Manage tenancy-related issues and conduct void management
• Provide guidance on housing options and liaise with support services

What you need
- Proven experience
- Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure
- Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
- Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
