This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to lead the operational strategy and support the company’s ambitious growth plans while maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
This position will oversee all aspects of operations, driving efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of food safety. The business has seen significant growth and has plans for further expansion, requiring an operations leader who can provide both strategic insight and operational leadership.
As part of a close-knit senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future while managing resources and teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering collaboration and engagement.
Implement KPIs to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and resource utilisation.
Ensure production schedules align with customer needs while maintaining quality standards.
Drive initiatives to increase manufacturing capacity and efficiency.
Oversee strategic capital investment projects to support business growth.
Maintain and enhance food safety and regulatory compliance standards.
Contribute to strategic planning while ensuring smooth operational delivery. Ideal Candidate:

8-10 years’ experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Expertise in food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, BRC) and regulatory compliance.
Proven success in driving operational growth within an FMCG environment.
Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process optimisation.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building effective teams.
