Machine Shop Supervisor

Day Shift - Monday to Friday

Overtime rate - 1.5 for any hours worked over core hours

A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Machine Shop Supervisor/ Team lead to join our key client based just outside Burton.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role with strong experience in CNC Milling & Turning

Key Responsibilities:

The Machine Shop Supervisor will be overseeing the Milling and Turning machines manufacturing various components for customer products and projects
Setting, operation and Online Programming Hurco Mills and Lathes working to tight tolerances and using a variety of materials
Ability to read engineering drawings and work cross functionally with other departments

Key Attributes:

3 years+ in a supervisory or team lead position minimum
5 Years+ experience operating, programming CNC Milling & Turning machines (preferably Hurco)Team player and self-motivated
