Chef - Surrey Police35 Hours per week £14.00 per hourWe are seeking a talented Chef to join our culinary team based in Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef to lead and create exceptional dining experiences, showcasing your skills in a dynamic and professional environment.
What you'll be doing:Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers

Overseeing and implementing menu changes

Identifying opportunities to improve our food services

Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services

Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts

Representing ESS and maintaining a positive brand image

Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked

Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards

Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

More about the role:Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards checking for taste, presentation and quality.

To ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures

Support all areas of the Kitchen as required

To ensure food is served promptly and work is carried out quickly and efficiently to keep up when busy

Our ideal Chef will: Have experience in running a Central Production Kitchen or Food Manufacturing for Distribution.

Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent

Have experience in a similar Chef role

Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
