EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a CDM / Principal Designer Lead position for and on behalf of one of our clients who specialise in construction consulting.

The CDM / Principal Designer Lead position is for an established Liverpool, Manchester and Preston based consultancy practice who work in all sectors of the built environment

The role is for a CDM / Principal Designer Lead carrying out the following responsibilities:

* Business development

* Offering health & safety / design risk advice

* Stay up to date with industry trends within the construction industry

* Experience in education, commercial, industrial and resiential sectors.

Requirements for the CDM / Principal Designer Lead role are:

* Minimum of 5 years experience.

* Acredited in health & safety

* Relevant degree

* Experience in design risk management

* Experience in the built environment
