Job Title: Contracts Manager (Open to Experienced Project Managers)

Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

About Us:
We are a well-established and growing specialist contractor operating in the external envelope sector, delivering high-quality cladding and façade packages across London and the South East. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, we are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team. We are also open to applications from experienced Project Managers looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role:
As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects across London, overseeing the full delivery process from pre-start through to completion. You’ll lead site teams, coordinate with internal departments and clients, and ensure that all projects meet quality, programme, and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of multiple façade and cladding projects across London

*

Lead and support project teams, including site managers and subcontractors

*

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and main contractors

*

Monitor project programmes, site progress, and resource allocation

*

Ensure all works are carried out to specification and in line with H&S standards

*

Manage project budgets, variations, and commercial performance

*

Conduct regular site visits, team meetings, and progress reports

*

Collaborate with design, procurement, and commercial departments

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in cladding, façade, or external envelope project delivery

*

Previous role as Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager

*

Strong technical and commercial knowledge of cladding systems

*

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving licence

*

Based in or willing to travel regularly within London

Desirable:

*

Experience with rainscreen and high-rise cladding packages

*

Knowledge of building regulations, fire safety standards, and compliance
