We are seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our client to work on a large new build student accomodation in Edgware and refurbishment projects across London.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing costs, contract administration, and procurement for complex refurbishment schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and reports.

* Manage procurement and tender processes.

* Monitor project costs and ensure financial control.

* Provide advice on cost-saving measures and value engineering.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
