Band 6 – Community Nurse x 2

* Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

* Location: Severnfields

* Essential ADHD, Autism or Child experience

* Ability to triage referrals and communicate rational

* Start as soon as possible for 12 weeks

* Remote working available

Responsible for:

* Parental discussions to allow for a full triage to occur

* Neurodevelopmental screening of referrals

* Liaison with schools and other professionals

* Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings

* Record writing to ensure communication

* The ability to communicate the outcome of triage to the referrer
