Are you an experienced Process Operator looking for a rewarding contract role in the water industry? We are seeking a skilled professional to join a wastewater treatment facility in the North West of England.

Previous experience is essential for this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor wastewater treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant equipment and machinery.
Adjust chemical dosing, flow rates, and other operational parameters to optimize plant performance.
Record and report operational data, including flow rates, pressure, and chemical levels.
Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective plant operations.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a Process Operator within the water or wastewater industry.
Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and associated equipment.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in water treatment or process operations are advantageous.
Contract Details:

Rate: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
Location: North West England (site-based).
Contract Type: Outside IR35.
Duration: Contract until April 2025, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
