We are looking for several cae workers for local authority contracts, which could lead to permanent positins for the right persons.

Working within Middlesbrough Council, the team helps those experiencing problems with substance use, domestic abuse, criminal exploitation and homelessness. We are looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join our teams as a Caseworker.

The successful candidate will manage a case load of clients with issues around alcohol and substance use, delivering a range of psychosocial Interventions to help clients reach their health and wellbeing goals.

Previous experience and/or knowledge of substance use services would be advantageous and previous experience within this role is desirable, but not essential

. We are looking for transferrable skills such as caseload management, care planning, risk management and previous experience of working with vulnerable clients. This job would be good for those who have previously worked in a support setting. We also welcome those with lived experience.
