Purpose of the Role Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalised guidance and support to students, parents, teachers, and tutors. Handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of educational services.
Duties of the Customer Service Specialist Role
Tuition Support: Assist with account creation, booking lessons, recommending tutors, troubleshooting, and processing refunds.
Course Support: Provide information about online revision courses and offer real-time support during sessions.
Resource Assistance: Help users navigate resources and report website issues.
Communication: Respond to emails and answer phone calls.What We're Looking for from a Candidate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven experience in high-quality customer service
Familiarity and/or interest with the UK education system (GCSEs and A-Levels)
