Customer Support Advisor Job Andover Apply Now to Join Stannah

Are you a passionate Customer Support Advisor, ready for your next job?

Stannah have an exciting position available at their offices in Andover to join their Global Customer Service Team.

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be supporting accounts for our distributors who are located outside of the UK.

We are looking for a customer support advisor who has excellent communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to communicate effectively and offer a high level of Customer Support to our global distributors

Ideal candidates will have previously worked within a customer support focused environment. Ideally with Advisor experience to help decision making, planning and prioritising your own workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Process, support and communicate with distributor throughout the order process

Account manage a portfolio of distributors

Troubleshoot and resolve product or service related issues

Track and record all issues in CRM

Identify recurring issues and highlight to internal departments for improvement

Work within agreed SLAs

Understand different distributor needs and adapt your approach to meet those needs

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

NVQ in Customer Service or equivalent is desirable
