Let’s cut to the chase – we’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager who can do more than just talk a good game. You’ll be the face of our client's business, driving sales growth and building rock-solid relationships across the board. If you’re not afraid of a bit of travel, can think on your feet, and have a knack for making things happen, this might just be your perfect role.
The Role
• Own your portfolio. We want you to build it, nurture it, and make it thrive. You’ll be the go-to person for key accounts, handling everything from service reviews to SLA negotiations.
• We’re all about growth. That means prospecting new business, building relationships, and closing deals – all while keeping an eye on profitability.
• Be our product expert. Know our range inside out, and help the technical team develop new stuff that blows our competitors out of the water.
• Market savvy? Good. You’ll be collecting intel from customers and feeding it back to our product teams, ensuring we stay one step ahead.
• Turn up, suit up, and show up. From trade shows to retail events, you’ll be out there championing our brand and making connections that matter.
The Must-Haves
• Proven track record in sales or account management, ideally within the bakery ingredients sector.
• Brilliant communicator and top-tier negotiator. You’ve got to be good with people – all kinds of people.
• Solid grasp of MS Office. If you can’t whip up a spreadsheet or knock out a killer presentation, this might not be for you.
• You’re self-motivated, professional, and organised – no one will need to chase you.
• Full UK driving license and a willingness to travel. The role isn’t desk-bound, so get ready to hit the road.
