Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a PR & Communications strategy that aligns with business objectives
* Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers to secure favourable coverage
* Crisis Communication: Lead the development and execution of crisis communication plans
* Team Management: Mentor and develop PR & Communications team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
* Campaign Development: Oversee the planning and execution of PR campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives
* Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling press materials and messaging.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align communication initiatives
