Sales Administrator
Bootle
Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm office based
Friday – 9:00am – 5:00pm (home based)
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Ideal Recruit are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to work for our reputable client in Bootle. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team with office amin duties such as invoices, updating the database. They must have exceptional customer service skills & some knowledge of the beauty industry

Key Responsibilities:

Researching new leads
Identifying new business opportunities
Working towards and meeting deadlines
To have effective communication with customers in all matters relating to the management of their account
Maintaining good relationships with customers
To have effective internal communication with your office & colleagues
To learn to a proficient standard all product ranges
Dealing with general enquiries
Processing sales orders
Updating databases and handling data
General office administration
To maintain and provide up-to-date sales information as supplied and directed for weekly meetings with your manager
 To always represent the brand professionally
Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

Experience in an office setting
Experience in a customer role / customer service experience
Knowledge of the beauty industry
Sales experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Successful candidate(s) will be required to undergo a basic Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) Check
