We’re recruiting for a small Devon-based developer, focused on creating affordable housing solutions across the South West.

Our client is a dedicated developer with a strong track record of delivering social housing projects in partnership with local housing associations. They pride themselves on their commitment to quality, sustainability, and community-focused development.

The Project

* Location: North Devon

* Development: Circa 200-unit timber frame site

* Focus: Social housing for South West housing associations

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on a significant development that will have a meaningful impact on the local community.

The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your role will involve coordinating with subcontractors, managing site operations, and maintaining health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in managing residential construction projects, ideally within social housing

* Strong knowledge of timber frame construction

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* A commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail

* Ability to manage and motivate site teams

* Salary: £50k - £65k, depending on experience
