Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with an SME main contractor who are looking to bring on board a Senior QS/ Commercial Manager to lead their commercial department in Glasgow.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience: be qualified, or experienced QS with estimating and tendering knowledge in general building. Experience in housing refurbishment would be preferable.

The role would have both a ‘hands on’ and senior management involvement and would be an integral role in the future development and growth of the business.
