Position: In-House Commercial and IP Solicitor
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Cambridge Region (Hybrid Working on offer)
Salary guide: Up to £80,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits

New Commercial and Intellectual Property Solicitor opportunity to join a dynamic and growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Commercial Solicitor (between 3 - 7 years PQE) to work with a highly regarded team on a varied and inspiring workload.

The Role:

Provide general commercial contract advice to include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a broad variety of commercial agreements.
Provide some IP advice, including trademark and copyright matters.
Deliver in-house legal support and pragmatic advice tailored to needs.Skills and Experience:

3-7 years PQE UK qualified solicitor.
Solid experience in general commercial agreements.
Some working knowledge of intellectual property.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to deliver practical and commercially focused legal advice.
Proven excellence in drafting, negotiating, and client management.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
In-house experience (permanent or secondment) is an advantage.Salary and Benefits:
