Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Leicestershire - Office Based
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the highest level of service. This role will require excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to maintaining and growing client relationships.

Primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Understand client needs and objectives, offering strategic advice and solutions tailored to their goals
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Identify and grow opportunities within accounts, and collaborate with Sales team to ensure growth attainment
Prepare regular reports on account status and present updates to managementRequirements
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or other relevant role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high attention to detail
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
