Job Title: Senior Planning Enforcement Officer

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Hourly Rate: £17.45 per hour - £19.05 per hour PAYE

Contract Duration: 3 months, possibility of extension

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer on behalf of our public sector client based in Chelmsford.

Assist with a backlog of planning enforcement cases
Drafting and issuing of PCN, BCN, TSN, Stop and Enforcement Notices and applications for High Court Injunctions
Report writing
Drafting witness statements
Planning enforcement appeals, including appeal statements
Site inspectionsThe successful applicant will have planning enforcement experience and will be a RTPI member (associated or chartered).
