Providing routine maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical systems and equipment.

Implementing preventive maintenance plans and schedules to enhance equipment longevity.

Identifying and rectifying electrical faults in a timely manner.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Documenting all maintenance and repair activities for future reference.

Collaborating with other team members to streamline operations.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

Keeping abreast of latest developments in electrical engineering and applying them in the workplace.
Profile

Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
18th Edition qualification preferred but not essential
Previous experience of working in an Electrical Engineer capacity in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in PLC Control and Variable Speed Motor Controllers.
The ability to use your own initiative to solve problems, and to challenge the 'status quo'.
A self-motivated attitude and a proven commitment to seeing a job through to its conclusion to maintain production.
