Hours: Part-time – 15 hours per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our client’s growing team, they are looking for someone to grow with the company as they continue to expand year on year. This is a part-time permanent role; this position offers a competitive salary of £15.40 - £17 per hour. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring compliance, and collaborating with the accounting and management teams to ensure the smooth running of the business.

The Role:

* Accurate Record-Keeping - Meticulously record daily company transactions and close the books monthly to provide a clear financial picture.

* Financial Health and Compliance - Monitor the company's financial health and ensure all tax forms and compliance requirements are met.

* Integrated Technology - Leverage bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or NetSuite to streamline processes and reduce errors.

Skills and Requirements:

* The ability to record daily company transactions and maintain timely communications with clients.

* Must have experience using Sage.

* Experience in managing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

* Processing purchases and refunds for customers, ensuring accurate financial records.

* Working closely with accountants to ensure tax compliance and reporting requirements are met.

* Demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting and financial operations.

* Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

* Proficiency with bookkeeping software and comfort working with spreadsheets.

* Bookkeeping certification or license, demonstrating a commitment to professional development
