Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Water Technician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Water Technician​​​​​​​ who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Water Technician​, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Water Technician​, will be responsible for:

* Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8. Travelling to client sites and completing the necessary tasks to maintain compliance.

* Maintain our customer's water log books and complete the necessary documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy.

* To take a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with company procedures.

* Carry out water system clean and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.

* Testing, servicing and maintaining of thermostatic mixing valves and basic plumbing works where required.

* Completing works on heating and chilled water systems and chlorine dioxide systems is desirable but not essential.

* To communicate on a daily basis to the service department that all tasks are carried out efficiently.

* Maintain adequate stocks of chemicals and materials as necessary.

* Ensure that any equipment that you are responsible is kept clean and is properly maintained.

To be successful for this Mobile Water Technician​ role you must have:

* Someone with previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is essential.

* Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.

* Basic IT skills, including the use of tablets / mobile devices and Microsoft programmes are necessary.

* The ability to communicate efficiently and effectively is required in every part of this role.

* You will be required to work alone and as part of a team and should thrive in both environments.
